HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.41927 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not taking any action on the representation, dated 01.11.2018, submitted by the petitioner, with regard to the illegal construction made by the 4th respondent over the property bearing H.No.18-7-205/P/9, total admeasuring about 300 square yards, situated at Jahangir Nagar, Hyderabad, against the 4th respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner submitted an application to the respondents 2 and 3 seeking to take action against the 4th respondent with regard to the illegal construction made by her in the subject property, on 01.11.2018, no action has been taken so far.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent-Assistant City Planner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad, to deal with the representation, dated 01.11.2018, submitted by the petitioner, seeking to take action against the 4th respondent with regard to the illegal construction made by her in the subject property and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law as early as possible. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
