ORDER

When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned Standing Counsel for the third respondent that the third respondent vide proceedings No.K9/1527/15 dated 05.12.2015 has removed the petitioner from service. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that so far the said order has not been served on the petitioner. A copy of the said order is given to him today.

2. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. However, it is open to the petitioner to avail an alternative remedy of appeal questioning the aforesaid orders, within a period of 30 days from today.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
