The inaction of respondents in reissuing Passport/Travel Document in place of damaged passport/Travel Document bearing No.H8343342 is questioned in the writ petition.

Sri A.Kranti Kumar Reddy, on instructions, submits that the application was considered and rejected on 31.10.2017. In view of communication of the order, the writ prayer as made does not survive for consideration. It is open to the petitioner to challenge communication of 2nd respondent in accordance with law.
