O R D E R
The only grievance of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent - Joint Collector, Bhupally District, is not disposing of the Revision Petition No.25/ 1228/ 2016 filed by her against the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Mulugu in F/ 132/ 2014 dated 21.03.2016. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel, writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the above referred revision petition filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
