HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 8567 of 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking retiral benefits of the petitioner from the respondent.

This Court while admitting the writ petition directed the respondent to release the gratuity payable to the petitioner forthwith vide orders dated 26.04.2002 in WPMP No.10642 of 2002. Having considered the case of the petitioner, this Court is of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of terminal benefits of the petitioner, if not already paid, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with the rules. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
