CVNR, J & MSKJ, J C.C.No.1925 of 2016 22.12.2016 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 01.04.2016, in W.P.No.10586 of 2016. 2.

At the hearing, Mr.Meherchand Nori, learned counsel for the respondents, has placed before us, office order No.3(8)/2/2010Estt./Vol.II/678-682, dated 14.12.2016, issued by respondent No.2, whereunder, the petitioners have been given posting orders as Junior Administrative Assistants at the National Institute for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (ni-msme), Yousufguda, Hyderabad, subject to certain conditions indicated therein.

With the issue of the aforementioned office order, the order in respect of which the Contempt Cases arises stands complied with. 4.

The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed.

As a sequel to closure of the contempt case, Contempt Application No.937 of 2016 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
