ORAL ORDER:

Apprehending that municipal Commissioner is undertaking construction of community hall, which would be obstructing the ingress and aggress of the petitioner's property and alleging that even a representation is made, same is not acted upon, this writ petition is filed.

When the matter is taken up, learned standing counsel, on instructions, submits that there is no such permission granted and corporation is not undertaking construction of any community hall as of now. In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition. Accordingly, the same is closed. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
