THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.24231 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in demolishing the petitioner's constructed house property admeasuring 297.77 square yards in D.No.1-27 first ward, Chevuturu Grampanchayath, G.Konduru Mandal, Krishna District as illegal and arbitrary.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
