THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.24985 of 2016 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This writ petition assails the order dated 27.06.2016 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad in M.A.No.795 of 2016 in O.A.No.7138 of 2015.

By the afore-stated order, the Tribunal refused to fix an early date for the hearing of the O.A. stating that there was no urgency and accordingly dismissed the Miscellaneous Application. The O.A. relates to the year 2015 and pertains to the issue of transfer of the writ petitioner/applicant.

Learned Government Pleader for Services (TG) states that earlier, interim relief was granted to the writ petitioner/applicant by the Tribunal but it was subsequently vacated and the same was confirmed by this Court in writ jurisdiction.

This being the factual situation, we find no irregularity or illegality in the exercise of discretion by the Tribunal in refusing to expedite the hearing of the O.A. It is for the Tribunal to organize its work and unless extraordinary circumstances are made out warranting an O.A. of the year 2015 being taken up out of turn, no cause for interference is made out if the Tribunal refused to expedite its hearing. The writ petition is therefore devoid of merit and is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
