O R D E R

The case of the petitioners is that they were granted pattas in respect of the subject plots in the year 2012 and since then they have been in possession and now their grievance is that the respondents 3 and 4 - Tahsildar and Kalyandurgam Municipality, represented by its Commissioner, are seeking to dispossess them from the subject plots, without following the due process of law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 3 and 4, not to dispossess the petitioners from the subject plots, without following the due procedure under law. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
