Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Women and Child Welfare appearing for respondents.

Petitioner's grievance is that he had given a representation on 16-04-2018 to 2nd respondent to consider appointing her as Anganwadi Helper at Anganwadi Centre, Khanapur village Gram Panchayat, Manthani Mandal, Peddapalli District and that the 2nd respondent has not taken any action thereon. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Women and Child Welfare for respondents states that 2nd respondent will consider the said representation of the petitioner within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
