Heard both sides.

From the consensus arrived, G.W.O.P.No.237 of 2017 pending on the file of the V Additional District & Sessions Judge, Warangal, is withdrawn and transferred to Judge, Family Court, Secunderabad. Both parties are directed to appear before the Judge, Family Court, Secunderabad, without expecting any notice on 18.12.2017 to give date and in the meantime, the V Additional District & Sessions Judge, Warangal, to transmit the record forthwith.

Accordingly and in the result, the transfer C.M.P is allowed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
