THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.12477 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/A.2 to reduce the sureties amount imposed in the bail order, dated 15.10.2018, passed in Crl.M.P.No.729 of 2018 by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Karimnagar, FAC IX Additional District and Sessions Judge, Siricilla.

Heard both sides. Perused the record.

It is contended that the petitioner is a poor person and the surety amount i.e., Rs.25,000/- is excessive and that he could not get the same within the time stipulated, and he is ready to offer Rs.10,000/- with two sureties.

Under these circumstances, the petitioner/A.2 is directed to be released on bail on his executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Station House Officer, Gangadhara Police Station, within seven days from the date of this order. The other conditions imposed by the Court below remain unaltered.
