CVNR, J CRP 5412/2017 ORDER:

This civil revision petition arises out of order dt.16.08.2017 in I.A. No.377 of 2017 in O.S. No.7 of 2006 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Beemunipatnam. After arguing the case and upon getting instructions from his clients, Mr. Ravi Cheemalapati, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission to withdraw the civil revision petition.

The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the civil revision petition, C.R.P.M.P. No.7035 of 2017 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
