CVNR, J CRP 5512/2017 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed against order dt.4.8.2017 in I.A. No.170 of 2016 in O.S. No.477 of 2011 on the file of the XII Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam.

After arguing the case, Mr. J. Ugranarasimha, learned counsel representing Mr. V. Surya Kiran Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that as the suit has been thoroughly undervalued and the petitioners are mainly interested in securing payment of proper Court fees, in the light of the judgment of this Court in Veena Challa v. A. Pandu Ranga Reddy and others,1 they may be permitted to withdraw the civil revision petition and move the Court below by way of an application under Section 11 of the Andhra Pradesh Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1956.

The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made. As a sequel to dismissal of the civil revision petition, C.R.P.M.P.
