Maddirala Subasteen v. The State Of Telangana
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.10686 of 2016
ORDER
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.728 of 2016 on the file of XXV Metropolitan Magistrate, Miyapur.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.
3. Having perused the material on record, it is evident that it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, this Court feels it appropriate to direct the Court below to dispose of the C.C. itself as expeditiously as possible.
4. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the XXV Metropolitan Magistrate, Miyapur, to dispose of C.C.No.728 of 2016, within a period of six(6) months from today, without insisting on the presence of the petitioners/A2 and A3 herein on each and every date of hearing, unless their presence is required for specific purpose. It is needless to say the petitioners can avail the remedies available under Criminal Procedure Code.
5. With the above directions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
6. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
