HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN Writ Petition No.41903 of 2018 Order: (per V.Ramasubramanian, J.) Challenging two possessions notices, one issued on 19-6-2018 and another issued on 29-10-2018, the borrower has come up with the above writ petition.

2. Heard Mr. T.Vijaya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner. Smt. V.Dyumani, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice for the respondent/Bank.

3. As against the possession notices, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of appeal to the Debts Recovery Tribunal. There is no reason as to why we should allow the petitioner to bypass the alternative remedy. Therefore, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the Tribunal, the writ petition is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
