HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 6582 of 2002 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) On 01.03.2016, we passed the following order: "On 24.02.2016, we passed the following order: "Stand over to 26.02.2016 "for orders" to enable learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner to inform the Court when his clients, who are at the helm of affairs of the institution, can remain present in the Court to make a statement as to how much time they would require to vacate the premises and shift."

Today, Mr. B.V. Subbaiah, learned Senior Counsel, submits that his clients are not in a position to come before this Court. He is unable to give any satisfactory reason why despite the aforementioned order, his clients are not prepared to come before this Court.

In view thereof, we direct the Members of the management of the petitioner - institution to remain present before this Court on the next date.

Stand over to 15.03.2016."

Even today, none of the Members of the management of the petitioner - institution is present in the Court. Sri B.V. Subbaiah, learned Senior Counsel, submits that he is not getting any instructions from the petitioner. In the circumstances, we are constrained to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution. Order accordingly.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand
