This Transfer Petition is filed by the petitioner/wife for transfer of O.P.No.262 of 2018 from the Additional Family Court, Hyderabad, to the Court of the Principal District Judge, East Godavari District, Rajamahendravaram. The said O.P., was filed by the respondent/husband seeking divorce. 3.

The plea of the petitioner/wife is that she is staying with her mother in East Godavari District, that she filed O.P.No.151 of 2018 on the file of the Court of the Principal District Judge, East Godavari District, Rajamahendravaram, that it is very difficult for her to attend the case at Hyderabad and as such, she prays this Court to transfer O.P.No.262 of 2018 from the Additional Family Court, Hyderabad to the Court of the Principal District Judge, East Godavari District, Rajamahendravaram. 4.

Having regard to the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case and also having regard to the fact that the petitioner/wife has to travel 400 KMs to attend the case at Hyderabad, this Court is satisfied that O.P.No.262 of 2018 from the Additional Family Court, Hyderabad, to be transferred to the Court of the Principal District Judge, East Godavari District, Rajamahendravaram. 5.

In the result, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed transferring O.P.No.262 of 2018 from the Additional Family Court, Hyderabad to the Court of the Principal District Judge, East Godavari District, Rajamahendravaram.
