THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM COMPANY APPLICATION No. 862 OF 2017 IN R.C.C. No. 2 OF 1995 O R D E R :

This Court, on 19.06.2018, passed a reasoned order after dealing with the reliefs sought for in the instant Application. However, at the request of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants, the matter was listed under the caption 'for being mentioned'.

Today, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants, on administrative side, have approached the Official Liquidator seeking to consider their request for grant of revised pay, through their representation dated 02.07.2018, which is under active consideration and hence, this Application may be closed as withdrawn. A copy of the said representation is also placed on record.

Since the relief of the nature sought for in this Application is to be dealt with and decided on administrative side, acceding to the request of the learned counsel for the applicants to withdraw the instant Application, the order dated 19.06.2018 is recalled. This Company Application is accordingly, closed as there is no necessity to pass orders any further.
