HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION NO.12429 OF 2018 ORDER :

When the matter has come up, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the State, on instructions, submits that the police after completion of investigation referred the case as 'FALSE' and submitted final report before the concerned Court and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this case.
