HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.4 1 9 2 4 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Mutharam Police Station, dated 20.11.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read as under: - "It is submitted that there are no cases were registered against the petitioner i.e., Juvvadi Ranga Rao. Hence, calling the petitioner continuously to the Police Station and forcibly settle the civil disputes with 5th respondent i.e., Birudu Srinivas does not arise. The Police never calling to the Police Station. The respondents 3 and 4 in forcibly taking away 4 blank signed cheques bearing Nos.060025 to 28 along with the Duster Car bearing Regn.No.TS02EX1349 pertain to the petitioner is totally false and baseless, they never took any signature of the petitioner on4 blanks cheques. Hence, the allegations against the Police are false and baseless and denied."

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Mutharam Police Station, dated 20.11.2018, with a liberty to the petitioner herein to avail the other remedies open in accordance with law.
