HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.3451 OF 2016 ORDER :

Learned counsel for the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 3 is present.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on 06.03.2016 final report was filed reporting 'action dropped' and sought permission of the learned II-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, to close the crime, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
