O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that that though she made application to the 3rd respondent - Tahsildar, on 27.02.2018 by paying the requisite fee for conducting survey and fixing the boundaries for the subject property, no action has been taken. Hence, the present writ petition. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, produced written instructions of the 3rd respondent dated 20.11.2018 and stated that there are family disputes and the petitioner has not produced required documents and further there is no sub division of the subject land and as B.S.O. 34-A para 20(a), without sub division, land cannot be measured and identified on the ground.

It is to be seen that when the petitioner made the application, the 3rd respondent, instead of keeping it pending, ought to have consider the same and pass appropriate orders by taking above factors into account and in case if the parties are aggrieved, they will challenge the same in accordance with law. In view of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 27.02.2018 in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs. --------------------------------------- A.
