But for reducing the time from 10.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. to 12.00 Noon to 4.30 p.m., there is nothing to interfere with the order. However, liberty is given, if at all any difficulty arisen in implementation of the order, to approach the trial Court for its enforcement giving effect to the provisions of the Guardians and Wards Act, particularly Sections 26 and 40 to 44 respectively. 3.
Accordingly and in the result, the civil revision petition is disposed of.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
