Heard.

There is nothing to interfere with the impugned order of the lower court, but for to say, none of the observations in dismissal of the petition will influence the mind in deciding the main matter on own merits that too if at all any requirement is there from the defence of the petitioner as defendant in the suit right from the year 2008 should have been taken steps to establish by obtaining any certified copy of the document.

Accordingly and with the above observation, this civil revision petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
