HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.41911 OF 2018 ORDER:

The case of the petitioners is that they are absolute owners of the lands in question situated at Navalluru (Hamlet) of Bheethapudi village, Mangalagiri mandal, Guntur district, and for their family necessities, they want to dispose of the lands and for that purpose, applied for copies of Adangal, 1-B register, E-pass books pertaining to their lands, but the same could not be issued through Meesava centre purportedly as 4th respondent did not put his digital signature on the revenue records and the request of the petitioners to put digital signature made way of representations dated 23-06-2018, 1807-2018 and 23-07-2018 to the 4th respondent are of no avail. Hence, this writ petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Revenue.

Inasmuch as the grievance of the petitioners is only in respect of in-action on the part of the 4th respondent in taking action on the representations made by the petitioners referred to above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to take steps on the representations made by the petitioners and pass orders thereon in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed accordingly. As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, miscellaneous petitions if any pending shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs. ______________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J Dated : 20-11-2018 NRG
