THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.15004 OF 2016 ORDER:

The petitioner was appointed as scavenger in the 4th respondent college on 24-05-1995 in a regular vacancy. However, on certain allegations, the 4th respondent removed the petitioner from service on 03-07-2015 without obtaining permission from the competent authority. Challenging the said removal, the petitioner filed W.P.No.24743 of 2015 and this Court admitted the said writ petition on 11-08-2015. In the meanwhile, when he filed an application before the 3rd respondent on 1507-2015, the 3rd respondent set aside the orders passed by the 4th respondent on 30-09-2015 and instructed the 4th respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service. When the 4th respondent as not reinstated the petitioner into service, the present writ petition is filed.

2. Even after receipt of notice by the 4th respondent, there is no representation on behalf of the 4th respondent.

3. In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to implement the orders passed by the 3rd respondent, vide proceedings in Rc.No.2258/B3/2014, dated 30-09-2-015 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
