THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL RIVISION CASE No.970 of 2016 ORDER:

The petitioners preferred the present Criminal Revision Case by invoking the provisions under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure being aggrieved by the order dated 10.02.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.179 of 2016 in S.C.No.427 of 2013 by the VII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, wherein and whereby the learned Sessions Judge dismissed the discharge petition filed by petitioners herein invoking the provisions under Section 227 Cr.P.C.

Heard and perused the available on record.

After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for petitioners while not pressing for the main prayer, confined his argument only to the extent of dispensing with the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the presence of the petitioners is dispensed with before the trial Court, except on the dates of framing of charges, if any, examination under Section 313 Cr.P.C., and also on the date of pronouncement of judgment. The petitioners shall be properly represented through their counsel before the trial Court.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions filed in this revision, if any, shall stand closed.
