HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 6866 of 2018 ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition has arisen out of the order dated 30th October, 2018 in I.A.No.274 of 2018 in O.S.No. 145 of 2013. The Revision petitioner is the defendant in the above suit who filed this petition under Order VI Rule 17 of CPC, seeking permission to amend his written statement-cum-counter claim by incorporating the necessary amendments detailed hereunder and permit him to carry out the consequential amendments thereto.

The learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Sullurpet vide common order dated 30th October, 2018 has considered the said application and dismissed the same with costs.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission in this revision to avail appropriate remedies available to him by filing a separate Suit. 4.
In view of the same, the petitioner is given liberty to avail appropriate remedies available to him, in accordance with law. 5.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, in case, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the 2nd respondent, he may prefer an appeal under Section 18 of the Arms Act 1959 before the appropriate authorities.

With these observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. The petitioner is given liberty to put forth all his grievances before the appellate forum and avail the remedy under Section 18 of the Act, challenging the endorsement made by the 2nd respondent, rejecting his renewal of the licence. The petitioner may prefer appeal within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and the concerned authority shall consider his appeal under Section 18 of the Arms Act 1959 and pass appropriate orders.

The Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
