The petitioner states that she is a landless and shelterless poor and she stated to have occupied Government Vagu Poramboke land admeasuring 84 sq. yards in Ward No.52, Zone No.5, Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam, more than 10 years back. She also stated to have constructed a tin sheeted shed, which was given Municipal Door No. 25-1-42/1. Seeking regularisation of the said occupation in terms of G.O.Ms.No.296, Revenue (Assn.I) Department, dated 12-082015, the petitioner is stated to have made online application on 1809-2015 and seeks consideration of the said application by way of present writ petition.

Heard the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. Since the petitioner's application for regularisation is pending, I deem it appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the request of the petitioner either with respect to the land claimed by her or any other appropriate land in accordance with the relevant statute and the Rules and the policy of the State expeditiously.
