S.Bhushana Rao v. The Divisional Forest Officer,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G. SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No. 17089 of 2016 Date: 02.06.2016 Between:
S. Bhushana Rao, Srikakulam District.
.. Petitioner and The Divisional Forest Officer, Srikakulam (T) Division, Srikakulam Post & District, and others.
.. Respondents Counsel for the petitioner: G. Raman Goud Counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 4 : G.P for Services (AP) The Court made the following:
ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed against order dated 24.02.2016 in O.A.No.8701 of 2013 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal'), whereby it has declined to grant the relief of regularization of services of the petitioner.
After hearing Sri G. Raman Goud, learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the record, we are of the opinion that the petitioner failed to make out any case for our interference. The petitioner was engaged as a daily wage worker on 01.05.1988 and was discontinued on 31.07.2004. Nine years thereafter, the petitioner approached the Tribunal by filing O.A.No.8701 of 2013. These admitted facts show that the petitioner was not diligent in pursuing his case and after sleeping over for nine years he has approached the Tribunal. On these facts of the case, we cannot find fault with the Tribunal in declining to grant relief to the petitioner. For the above-mentioned reasons, the writ petition fails and the same is accordingly dismissed.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.21027 of 2016, filed by the petitioner for interim relief stands disposed of as infructuous. __________________________ (C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J) __________________________ (G. SHYAM PRASAD, J) Date: 02.06.2016 va
