THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.41137 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the representation of the petitioner and contemplating to recover the seignorage charges at the enhanced rates as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition. Permission is accorded.

In the result the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
