THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.1939 of 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed complaining non-compliance of order, dated 13.03.2015 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.6239 of 2015.

In the aforesaid order, this Court has given liberty to the petitioner to approach the second respondent - District Collector, Warangal, and submit an application ventilating his grievance and seek redressal of the same.

In pursuance of the order of this Court, the petitioner filed an application on 22.04.2015 and other applications on 24.02.2016 before the then District Collector. Thereupon, the Joint Collector, Warangal (Urban), passed order, dated 30.11.2016, rejecting the claim of the petitioner. Inasmuch as the respondent has complied with the order, dated 13.03.2015, by passing order, dated 30.11.2016, with slight delay, this Contempt Case is closed. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the order, dated 30.11.2016, if he is otherwise aggrieved.
