CVNR,J & KVL,J F.C.A.No.395 of 2017 25.01.2018 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Family Court Appeal is filed against order, dated 13.08.2016, in F.C.O.P.No.241 of 2013 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Secunderabad, whereby she has declared respondent No.1 as the legally wedded wife of the appellant.

At the request of the learned counsel for the appellant, the case was adjourned on 18.01.2018 to today. Today, at the hearing, after instructions, Mr.L.Shantaram, learned counsel representing Mr.K.Sai Krishna Mohan Rao, learned counsel for the appellant, has submitted that his client seeks to withdraw the appeal. 3.

The Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, F.C.A.M.P.No.617 of 2017 filed by the appellant for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
