G.Jhansi, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Corporation and, with their consent, the Writ Appeal is disposed of at the stage of admission.

After arguing for some time, and when we expressed our disinclination to interfere with the order under appeal, Sri D.Srinivas, learned counsel for the appellant-writ petitioner, submitted that, instead of adjudicating the appellant's contentions on merits, it would suffice if this Court were to extend the time, for deposit of Rs.10,00,000/- as directed by the Learned Single Judge, till 30.11.2017.

Smt. G.Jhansi, learned Standing Counsel for the respondentCorporation, agrees for such an order to be passed. As both the learned counsel are in agreement, the Writ Appeal is disposed of extending the time granted by the Learned Single Judge, to deposit the sum of Rs.10,00,000/-, till 30.11.2017. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
