THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR and THE HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE J. UMA DEVI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.6072 of 2017 ORDER: (per SK, J) The petitioner is the third judgment debtor in E.P.No.550 of 2016 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Nalgonda. By order, dated 10.07.2017 passed therein, the Executing Court directed attachment of the salary of the petitioner. Aggrieved thereby, she preferred the present Civil Revision Petition under Section 115 CPC.

Venu, learned counsel for the petitioner/third judgment debtor, and Sri Maheswara Rao Kuncheam, learned counsel for the first respondent/ decree-holder.

It is not in dispute that the petitioner stood as a guarantor for the loan availed by the first judgment debtor in E.P.No.550 of 2016 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Nalgonda, and suffered Arbitration Award dated 20.09.2014 in Claim Petition No.111 of 2013. It is in execution of the said Award that the first respondent/decree-holder secured attachment of the salary of the petitioner. Sri M.V. Venu, learned counsel, is unable to point out any illegality in exercise of jurisdiction by the Executing Court under Section 60 CPC in relation to attachment

SK, J & JUD, J C.R.P.No.6072 of 2017 of the petitioner's salary. We therefore find no ground to interfere with the order under revision which is accordingly confirmed. The Civil Revision Petition is devoid of merit and is dismissed in consequence.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
