THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.14193 OF 2016 ORDER:

Grievance of the petitioners is that they made an application on 06.04.2016 to the 3rd respondent-Deputy Director of Fisheries through Mee-seva for grant of permission for fish tank as per G.O.Ms.No.7, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries (Fish.II) Department, dated 16.03.2013, but, till today the said application is not finalized.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The application, dated 06.04.2016, filed by the petitioners for digging fish tank shall be considered and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.7, dated 16.03.2013 within the timeframe as notified in the said G.O.

4. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
