THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No. 2068 OF 2016 O R D E R :

The Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order dt.23.06.2016 passed by this Court in WP.No.19946 of 2016, wherein and whereby this Court directed the 3rd respondent therein to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in Form VI A, in accordance with law and take action accordingly within a period of two months. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner passed away and seeks time to bring the Legal Representatives on record.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that in pursuance to the orders passed in the writ petition the application of the petitioner in Form VI A was considered and rejected vide proceedings dt.03.10.2016 by the respondent. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court is of the opinion that there is no violation of the orders passed by this Court. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said rejection proceedings dt.03.10.2016, in accordance with law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
