THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.1245 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to direct the learned II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ongole, to dispose of C.C.No.1266 of 2014.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor representing the State.

A perusal of the record reveals that C.C. is pending since 2014.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ongole, is hereby directed to dispose of C.C.No.1266 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
