When this matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the petitioner is aged about 59/60 years. At this stage, there cannot be any mandamus directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner as lecturer in the respondent-college. Therefore, no relief can be granted in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
