CVNR,J C.R.P.No.5747 of 2017 06.04.2018 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order, dated 04.10.2017, in I.A.No.918 of 2017 in O.S.No.8 of 2014 on the file of learned X Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam at Anakapalle.

After arguing the case, Mr.K.V.Simhadri, learned counsel for the petitioners, has submitted that his clients will be satisfied if the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with liberty to them to file appropriate application in S.A.No.509 of 2012 (which arises out of O.S.No.84 of 1991, which is connected with the present suit viz., O.S.No.8 of 2014) for stay of all further proceedings in O.S.No.8 of 2014.

The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, disposed of, without adjudicating the same on merits, however, with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to disposal of the C.R.P., C.R.P.M.P.No.7428 of 2017 filed by the petitioners for interim relief stands disposed of as infructuous.
