The request for reopening the evidence to examine Tahsildar is rejected by the trial Court by recording proper and cogent reasons.

I am not persuaded under Article 227 of Constitution of India to entertain the Civil Revision Petition. Civil Revision Petition fails and accordingly, dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
