THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2243 OF 2017 ORDER:

The contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 20.10.2017 passed in W.P.No.34520 of 2017. Since the spot admissions were already completed and the matter is pending before the second respondent, the order passed by this Court was complied with and no further orders are necessary in the present contempt case.

The contempt case is accordingly closed.
