THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO TRANSFER CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.738 OF 2017 ORDER:

The transfer petition is filed by the petitioner/ wife under Section 24 C.P.C., to transfer O.P.No.1768 of 2017 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, to the Judge, Additional Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, to be tried along with O.P.No.1297 of 2017.

Heard both sides.

From the consensus arrived at by the parties, O.P.No.1768 of 2017 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, is withdrawn and transferred to the Judge, Family Court, Secunderabad. The learned Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, shall transmit the record to the Family Court, Secunderabad, immediately. Both the parties are directed to appear before the Family Court, Secunderabad, on 18.12.2017 without expecting any notices.

Accordingly, the Tr.C.M.P. is partly allowed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. There shall be no order as to costs.
