When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition by making an endorsement on the writ petition. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available in law. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
