THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.41981 OF 2018 ORDER:

When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of a defect in the prayer/relief sought for, it has become necessary to withdraw the present writ petition reserving liberty to file a fresh writ petition. He accordingly, makes a request for withdrawing this writ petition reserving liberty for filing a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.

Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn reserving liberty as sought for. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
