RADHAKRISHNAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.41956 of 2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Thottathil B.Radhakrishnan) Read the order, dated 06.03.2019. Following that, the person concerned has been subjected to appropriate examination by the Psychologist and clinical Psychiatrist of Asha Hospital.

We have seen the report and certificate given by that Institution after due examination.

Perusing the report and certificate, we do not see any further ground to entertain any view that the person concerned, namely Ms. Sravanthi Palety, is incapable of acting on her own free will and in her best interest on her best of judgment. 4.

Ms. Sravanthi Palety is present in the Court. She is represented by her Counsel Sri Maadugula Srinivas. 5.

Office will incorporate the photocopies of the report and certificate as part of the Court records. We record the submission of the petitioner's counsel that the matter can be closed. We also record the appreciation to the services rendered by Smt. D.Pramada Reddy, learned Government Pleader for Forests, for coordinating the matter to ensure that the order is carried out.

We, therefore, close this Writ Petition.
