When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner is appointed as Assistant Survey Officer (E-1 Grade) as sought by him and he is working in the same cadre. Hence, the subject matter in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has also not disputed about the same.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
