THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NOS.42005, 42018, 42055 AND 42075 OF 2018 COMMON ORDER The grievance of the petitioners in all these writ petitions is that the revisions filed by them before the Government under Section 4-B of A. P. Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 1977, along with stay applications, against the orders passed by the Joint Collector, Bhadradri Koithagudem District, dated 23.10.2018, are not being disposed of and in the meanwhile, respondents are trying to evict them from the subject lands.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel, writ petitions are disposed of directing the revisional authority i.e. - State of Telangana, represented by its Principal Secretary, Revenue (Assignment) Department, Hyderabad, to dispose of the stay petitions filed by the petitioners within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter revisions, within a period of six months.

Till the disposal of revisions, petitioners shall not be dispossessed from the subject lands.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
